I would strongly recommend avoiding Flash Car Wash’s monthly membership program.

I canceled my membership online months ago, yet I continued to be charged for FOUR additional months. When I called to get the charges refunded, I was told they had no proof that I accessed the online portal to cancel, so they would not refund me. Their lack of internal records somehow became my problem, even though I canceled through the system they provided.

The customer service I received from Olivia Jacquier, Manager, was also incredibly disappointing. She was rude, dismissive, unhelpful, and showed absolutely no concern about actually resolving a legitimate billing issue. I explained that I was disputing the charges with my bank and would be escalating the matter to corporate, the Rhode Island Attorney General, the FTC, and the Better Business Bureau, and her response made it very clear that she did not care what further action I took.

I also attempted to reach someone above her, but the various phone numbers I called kept routing me back to the same office, and my attempts to escalate the issue were sent to voicemail.

At this point, this is about more than just the refund. It is about a company continuing to charge a customer after cancellation and then providing extremely poor customer service when that customer tries to get the issue corrected.

I would have preferred to resolve this directly with Flash Car Wash, but the way this situation was handled left me no choice but to dispute the charges and escalate the complaint elsewhere.

Be very cautious before signing up for a recurring membership here, and keep documentation of everything if you do.

Great carwash and super staff! Came through with a mess I could not get out of one of my rugs, and someone came right up to us at the vacuums and offered to pressure wash it. Wouldn’t have been able to get it out on my own- big thanks!

Best car wash I’ve ever been to. Everyone that works here is super nice and helpful and if there’s ever an issue they do everything they can to fix it for you. Theyre always very friendly here; lots of smiles and waves. It’s refreshing to see people enjoy their job and not be glued to their phones. The car wash itself is always super clean too; you can always see them walking around and cleaning the walls or spraying off the gear so the car always comes out perfectly clean

Car wash ok.. no one working it, had to wait 5 min to get into it then they took the cleaning supplies from us while we were vacuuming even though they don’t close for 45 min because “they needed to be washed”. Cancelling my membership. To pay that much a month and not be able to clean my car is crazy

It did a great job on my can and they supply rags, Windex, fragrance and grease remover, if I had gone the last time I had my car washed I wouldn’t have damage now! Very safe!

Stay in car as you drive through the automated wash for your car SUVs small pick up truck. Recently, although they’ve always had free vacuum service where you can pull up and vacuum your own vehicle, they began to place bottles of glass cleaner and cleaners for dashboard and seating of vehicles along with some rags we’ll see how long this amenity lasts hopefully customers will respect and leave the real cloths and cleaners
ONE NEGATIVE; I have had a membership here monthly since very close to opening day. I realized fairly recently that they had been increasing the price without formal notice no email although they have it without physical mail piece although they have our address. They have been increasing over the years, the price of the service without providing what I would call a respectable notice to customers.

The pricing of the car wash depends on which level you would like. I believe there are three levels to this automated wash. There is a license plate, reader, and a tag reader for individuals who don’t wish to pay each time and have signed up for the monthlyservice;

MONTHLY AUTOMATED PAYMENTS;
You have the option to sign up for the monthly service. I believe you can come as often as you wish. I have come twice in a day on a couple of cases over the years however, I would double check with the attendant if you were looking to do this on a regular basis. Each vehicle must have its own membership. I believe it has changed. There was a family option and there may still be what you want to ask before signing up.

LOCATIONS;
The name flash car wash has a number of locations throughout the Providence area at May extended to nearby Massachusetts so I would double check on that. To my knowledge, I was told that when you have a membership, you could use any of the locations once again. I would double check with the location that you wish to use to see if they honor this.

In summary, the flash car wash, Brand has been very convenient to use given the Johnston and Moore recently Warwick Avenue locations I have used. The individuals working there on a few occasions I’ve had questions have been generally very helpful.

These guys are amazing 👏. Car sat for 2 weeks, took the time to power wash, get all the garbage off before going through the car wash. Unbelievable service! If you’re in Warwick go there!

This is a great carwash coming from Scrubadub to here the only thing it could use is some towels to wipe down your car and spray bottles to clean your windows with like Scrubadub had. Other than that it’s perfect.
