• What is the Flash Pass, and how does it work?

  The Flash Pass is a monthly car wash membership that allows you to wash your vehicle up to 31 times per month for one low price. Your vehicle is identified by a license plate reader at the pay station, giving you quick and seamless access without the need for a physical pass or barcode.

• What are the benefits of signing up for a Flash Pass?

• Are there different membership levels for the Flash Pass?

  Yes, Flash Car Wash offers multiple membership levels: Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver plans. Each plan has different wash services and features, with Diamond being the most comprehensive wash and offering the most protection for your car. We make it easy to find something that works for you and your budget. See the services included in each level here.

• How do I cancel or update my Flash Pass subscription?

  You can cancel your Flash Pass anytime through the online member portal. You can also update your payment information or manage your billing preferences online. For changes to your membership level or transferring it to a new vehicle, please visit a Flash Car Wash location in person.

• Can I use my Flash Pass at multiple locations?

  Yes! Your Flash Pass is valid at all participating Flash Car Wash locations, making it easy to wash your car wherever you are in Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island.

• Do I need to schedule an appointment to use my Flash Pass?

  No appointment is necessary. Just pull up to the wash tunnel, and your license plate will be recognized automatically for entry.

• What payment methods are accepted for Flash Pass subscriptions?

  Flash Pass subscriptions are billed monthly and can be paid using major credit or debit cards. You can update your payment method at any time through your online account.

• Is there a family or multi-vehicle plan available for the Flash Pass?

  Every vehicle needs its own Flash Pass, however, we make it easy to save when you add more cars. After the first vehicle, you’ll get a discount on each additional one. The Diamond Plan offers 10 dollars off each additional vehicle, which is a 20% savings. The Platinum Plan gives you 3 dollars off per vehicle, about 7% in savings. Just ask a team member to help you set it up at any location.
