This review is based on fabulous service. 6:35 PM on Sunday 6/7 young man came out when he saw I was struggling to reach the automated screen to buy my wash, did the transaction for me, and was incredibly kind, helpful and polite. This is the kind of initiative missing with a lot of our youth today so thank you to this young employee for helping me out! Much appreciated and did not go unnoticed.

I’ve been a customer of the Wallingford Flash Car wash since the 1st day they opened. All my friends and family keep asking me, how do you keep your car looking brand new (I have a 2021 Toyota) and my answer is…”you gotta get a Flash Pass”!!! All the employees at this location know me because I get my car washed 3-4 times a week! They do a fantastic job and everyone there is so friendly and helpful. The addition of the towels and detailing bottles are a nice touch! The FREE high powered vacuums and compressed air are the best in town! Keep up the great work!

Awesome guy, D’von, he took 20 nails out of the back of a truck just before me. He treats each car rinsing off the back or wherever your car needs extra care. He does it with a smile. My car always looks great when I’m done!

I attended Flash Car Wash Balise – Wallingford location a few weeks ago to clean off my car from the snow and it was a tremendous experience. I only got a silver car wash but it completely fixed up all the stains on my car and made it significantly better than it was before. Employee “Miguel” was incredibly helpful and assisting when I was getting the car washed, going as far as to remove some of the car magnets while spraying my car down to ensure that they remained in top quality condition and not damaged during the wash. The free vacuums were also a plus that aided the already great experience. I left a very satisfied customer who is considering investing in a membership so I can go even more.

Flash Car Wash is the real deal — God knows I wouldn’t waste my time or money anywhere else. I’ve been rolling with them for a while now, and let me tell you, this place keeps my car cleaner than half the people out here keep their hearts. The staff ain’t as friendly as they used to be, but that’s fine — I’m not showing up for small talk. I’m showing up for excellence, and Flash never fails to deliver.

The monthly membership? A blessing. Unlimited washes, fly through the fast lane like God parted the Red Sea just for me, and I’m in and out before half the city even wakes up. The FREE vacuums hit harder than some folks’ work ethic, and the air hoses, mat cleaners, and towels let you shine your ride with the same care God asks us to put into our lives.

And the discounts on detailing? That’s favor right there. The wash itself is always on point — foam, pressure, shine, and a spotless finish that makes my car look like it just got baptized.

Flash Car Wash does what it says, delivers what it promises, and doesn’t play around. Faithful, consistent, and worth every penny. Highly recommend!
