UPDATE: Site Manager says I left the review after leaving site before report was filed. This is correct because he never stated there was a claim process or incident report process available to the customer or helped me through this, so I called corporate to complain. All he did was provide a phone number to cancel my monthly car wash plan and said I had a microchip in my windshield that allowed the damage to happen. It wasn’t until after I called corporate that I received a phone call from the site manager about an incident report. No one would use a car wash if windshields were actually this fragile and had any type of microchip (which is most cars). This response is so insane to me and just to cover their business and not reimburse customers. Again, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.

Please listen to all the negative reviews and do NOT get your car washed here unless you want to leave with a damaged car. Brought my car in to get washed and left with a cracked windshield. The manager couldn’t care less about helping me and didn’t provide a claim form or walk through the process of completing a claim with me – nothing! The young staff working there felt bad and knew the huge crack was caused by the car wash. The manager blamed the damage on a “chip at the bottom of the windshield” and said the dryers blow with such force that if you have any kind of chip on your windshield it will crack it. I’ve been through a car wash hundreds of times and never has this happened. I had to call corporate to get any kind of assistance, and just like everyone else leaving negative reviews, you’re playing a cat and mouse game with corporate to return calls and get them to cover damages. I will make sure this car wash loses business any way I can.
