Today I cancelled my membership because I was told by 2 girls working on staff that it’s okay for the public to enter through the back (ONE WAY entrance going the wrong way) and use the vacuums and detail sprays without paying for a carwash or being a member. I asked if the management is okay with that and they said yes, it’s allowed. So if that’s the case, I said that I will cancel my membership and instead of paying $24.99 per month like I have for the past 2 years, I will pay nothing and come to vacuum and clean out my car through the back entrance. The girl said okay that’s fine. I have been wasting my money, I guess! I stopped going to the Killingly street location because of this problem, when I finish washing my car I have to go around and around waiting for 15 mins for a vacuum because people who did not even wash their car are using the vacuums. I thought that this location addressed the problem but apparently it’s the same.

Quick and efficient. With the pass I can come whenever it’s convenient for me. They also have so many locations! The free vacuums are a bonus too.

It iis always a pleasure to come here and get my car washed. I wash my car here often which is great. Eventually soon I will renew my flash pass. The attendants are very friendly and provided professional service. I like when they recommend options that you don’t know exist. Overall awesome visits.

Kim was excellent! She offered me the monthly deal and educated me on which wash I should choose. My car came out great and I was even able to use their free vacuums after the wash! Great experience!

I had an incredible experience at Flash Car Wash! I tried their free washes when they first opened & absolutely loved the Diamond wash so much that I had to get their membership asap! The manager and staff are very kind and professional. Therefore, I highly recommend getting a membership with Flash Car Wash because your car deserves that diamond spa day😉.
