I am writing to share how impressed I am with FLASH CARWASH facility, especially the high-powered vacuums and quality cleaning sprays!
It is rare to find a car wash where the equipment works so well. The vacuums have incredible suction, making it quick and easy to get every bit of dirt out of the carpets, and the sprays left my vehicle looking spotless and refreshed. The whole setup made cleaning my vehicle a fast, easy, and genuinely pleasant experience.

I had a great experience at Flash Car Wash in Groton! The entire customer experience was excellent, and I especially want to recognize Shevy, the sales associate who helped me sign up for the unlimited Diamond Pass.

Shevy was extremely polite, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. She took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made the sign-up process easy and straightforward. It was clear that she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in providing excellent service.

Guy was absolutely awesome! Had mud on my mats from a rodeo we went to. Offered to wash them and extra power washed the outside of my muddy truck! These guys are great! Go get your truck washed!

I had a great experience at this car wash! The service was excellent, and Bryan was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and made sure everything was done thoroughly. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing great customer service. My car looked amazing when they were finished! I really appreciate the hard work and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this car wash, especially because of employees like Bryan!

Very impressed! At first, I was a little leery because it was $13 and most of the other ones are $10 however, when I got out and went to vacuum, my car, not only were the vacuum exceptional, but they had free detail supplies and cloths for everyone to you along with an air hose to get in all the small crevices my car is super clean. I dreaded having to go home and drag out all the detailing supplies. SUPER convenient!!!The attendant was very kind and helpful as well!

i didn’t want to be that difficult customer by asking for a refund or anything but there’s still a bunch of dead bug guts on my windshield and it’s only a little better looking than it was before :/ but the wash was only $12 so you get what you pay for i guess

I bought my car in Connecticut and being a Rhode Island resident did not realize that my new car would not pass inspection with the current window tint. I called Final Touch.. the owner got me right in and removed the tint in record time for me..excellent customer service!! Highly recommend

Automatic car wash is better than most. The vacuums are free and have great power to actually clean in your car and also like the air hose they have as well. Something that would make this place better is providing cloths and spray at the vacuums , place down south I went to did this and it was top notch

This is my first experience getting a membership to a carwash and I’ve loved being able to take my vehicle whenever I want. The vacuums are SO powerful, plus there are air hoses to fill your tires/help get floor mats extra clean. My girls have fun going through with me too so that they can watch the machines and colorful soap. So glad it’s finally opened, I had been eagerly waiting!
