I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding a car wash package I recently purchased at your Glastonbury location.

Upon purchasing this package, I was not informed of a “no refunds” policy, nor is any such policy displayed or posted within your establishment. This lack of transparency regarding your terms and conditions is concerning.

Furthermore, since the second day of my purchase, the car wash facilities have been consistently unavailable each time I have attempted to utilize the service. As a customer, I expect the services for which I have paid to be readily available. Given that your facility has failed to provide the service purchased, and in light of the absence of clear, posted policies at the time of transaction, I am requesting a full refund for the unused balance of my package.
Please be advised that I have already initiated a formal complaint regarding these deceptive business practices with the Federal Trade Commission and the Office of Consumer Protection.

“I would like to discuss the refund policy associated with this package. Currently, the lack of clear disclosure feels misleading, and it negatively impacts customer trust and purchasing decisions. I believe a more transparent approach would better serve your customers. I look forward to your prompt response regarding a resolution to this matter.”

I’m looking to clarify something regarding the purchase process for this package. Was anyone else informed about a ‘no refund’ policy before completing your purchase? I ask because I was not made aware of this, and it feels quite deceptive. Please let me know if I am missing something or if others had a similar experience.”

Great experience from start to finish! The car wash did an excellent job. My car came out spotless and looked brand new. The staff was friendly and efficient, and everything moved quickly without feeling rushed. Special shoutout to Zack for outstanding customer service. He was super helpful, professional, and made sure everything was done right. You can tell he really cares about doing a great job, and that made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others
