  • What is the Flash Pass?

    The Flash Pass is a monthly membership that allows you to wash your car every day for less than $1 per day. It includes access to free vacuums at almost all locations. There are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel anytime.

  • How do I manage my Flash Pass membership?

    You can manage your membership online, including updating your credit card information or canceling your plan. Please note that plan changes (e.g., switching to a different wash package) must be made in person at a wash location.

  • What happens if I get a new vehicle?

    If you purchase a new vehicle, you’ll need to visit a Flash Car Wash location to transfer your membership to the new vehicle.

  • Will I receive a refund if I cancel my plan?

    No, you will not receive a refund upon cancellation. Your plan will remain active until your next billing date, and you may continue to wash your vehicle during this time.

  • How do I delete my Flash Car Wash online account?

    To delete your account:​

    • Open the app and select the menu (hamburger icon) in the top left corner.
    • Select “My Info.”
    • At the bottom, select the “Delete Account” button.
    • Confirm the deletion.​
    Please note that deleting your online account does not cancel your active wash plan.

  • What services are included in the wash packages?

    Flash Car Wash offers four wash packages: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Services range from the basic Silver wash up to our comprehensive Diamond wash. You can learn more about each wash on our services page.

  • Do you offer detailing services?

    Yes, Flash Car Wash offers Express and Complete Detailing services at select locations, including Hyannis, Springfield, West Springfield, Cromwell, and Johnston RI. Services range from interior cleaning to full-service detailing. Learn more on our detailing page.

  • Do you need an appointment for detailing?

    For Express Detailing, an appointment is not required. All other detailing services require an appointment scheduled with the location you’re going to. For a full listing of our options please visit our detailing page.

  • Where are Flash Car Wash locations?

    Flash Car Wash has locations in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. Some of the cities include:​

    Connecticut: Bridgeport, Cromwell, Glastonbury, Meriden, Middletown, Newington, New Britain, Wallingford, Waterbury, Vernon

  • Are vacuums free?

    Yes, free vacuums are available at almost all Flash Car Wash locations.

  • What are the wash hours?

    Wash hours vary by location. Generally, most locations operate from 7 AM to 9 PM daily. For specific hours, please refer to the Locations page.
