The absolute BEST Carwash in the area. Their top platinum monthly plan is the greatest value, allowing unlimited washes/month for around $35 bucks! That includes not only 3 foam washes with each pass-thru, but waxes, ceramic coatings, wheel cleanings, undercarriage, and more. My Maserati comes out looking showroom-spectacular every single time and without a scratch.
(Note: The only thing not included is tire shine. Maybe they’ll add that in the future).

The BEST part is that you drive your car onto a wide, giant conveyor belt (unlike other places where you’re forced to blindly steer into a narrow tire channel, ultimately scratching your rims because the carwash kid is too busy staring at his iPhone…eh hem, New Britain).

And the icing on the cake? Not only are there free-to-use glass sprays and micro-fiber drying cloths at your disposal, but super high-power vacuums and high-pressure air guns, to help completely clean and dry your car. And since they’re open till 9 PM, come later in the evening and be treated to a laser light show, as they just fitted the car wash with new LED light strips and light bars.

UPDATE – December 2024

Well, the $35/mo deal on the BEST wash did seem too good to be true at the time (especially when compared to the handful of competitors in the New Britain/Bristol/Southington area), but unbeknownst to me (and mostly my own fault for not scrutinizing my credit card bill each month), but that $35/mo unlimited deal quietly creeped up higher and higher to where a year later, the same level of wash is now $48/mo. And while still a “relatively” good deal, I think my disappointment stems more from the fact that there was no warning or communication sent to established customers (at least I never got anything telling me prices were increasing). It wasn’t until a year later that I fully noticed how high it had reached. And while new customers DO get the benefit of a 1st 3mos Introductory rate, it’s not automatically given to established customers (unless you go through the hassle of cancelling and restarting your subscription).

And this raises the obvious question of “Just how high is the price going to eventually go?”. At what point does it level out or just become TOO much per month? $60? $75? $100? I haven’t heard of any soap and water shortages or any municipalities hiking up their water and sewage rates. And the increase in cost doesn’t appear to be due to any obvious increase in service. So what’s changed or is changing? Granted…the colorful LED lights are cute and all, and the overdone holiday displays are eye catching, but as someone who just wants a quality carwash at a reasonable rate, I’d be just as happy without all the rainbows and unicorns and elf costumes if it means keeping prices down.

So just to summarize: I was going to lower my rating from 5-stars to 3-stars, but I’m going to keep my original 5-star rating because I do still think it’s the best damn carwash in the area…hands down! And the drive-on conveyor system is an absolute Game Changer. I can argue that the conveyor belt alone is worth the increase in monthly rates. With everyone else using the dreaded “funneled” tire channel to align the car to the wash, the damage to my rims from other places, throughout the years (and on even more expensive cars I’ve owned) still causes me PTSD to this day. -R

UPDATE – August 2026

Well, the Platinum Monthly “Deal” just keeps on rising. Been $53.16 now for almost the past year. Still no Tire Shine and more frequent screwups giving lower priced washes when you paid for the Top level wash. At least the vacuums are still free. FOR NOW….And the hits just keep on comin’.

The flash car wash in Newington and the one in Bristol are great. The platinum express washing. Torrington is easily the biggest dump I’ve ever been to in my life. Vacuums barely suck it off car wash. Does a lousy job in the mat machine looks like it’s 100 years old. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever come here you will regret every second of it.

Wow! I was here out of town and they were so nice. They have clean rags, glass cleaner, all purpose cleaner, and a fresh sent you can spray available to everyone! Free vacuums and air to spray those garden to reach places plus a floor mat cleaner. Out of sight!!!! You can even fill up your tires if you need to. Great job! Id love to have one in Ohio by me!

Solid carwash with free vacuums, window spray, interior cleaning spray and degreaser as well as towels. The pollen was pretty heavy and stuck on but it handled most of it fairly well.

The newest flash car wash I have been to yet! Awesome car wash! Easy in and out. Great value for your money. After you get your car washed they have free vacuums to use and rags to dry your car off better. They also have a bunch of free different things you can use for your car here to include windshield cleaner, car fragrance, degreaser spray and spray for your interior. They even put a protective cover over my back windshield wiper.
