Best car wash in Springfield hands down, I come in almost every day. After your wash if you’re not happy with the result they will allow you to go around again. But I find that it does a great job on the first pass. The free vacuums are amazing with strong suction. The staff leave out complimentary cleaning supplies, fragrance spray, and microfiber towels. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They do a great job of keeping the environment clean and relaxing for everyone. Tho there are signs letting people know not to play music there have been times I’ve gone in the evening and people were playing music at a respectful low volume and no one was bothered by it and the staff didn’t say anything to the guy which I liked. Overall it’s a great relaxing environment where I can keep my car clean and feel comfortable. Not pressured to get it and leave like some other places. If I wanted to I could stay for hours detailing my car and know that no one would bother me.

Good wash, sometimes the guy at the pay station can over sell memberships and been here when the person at the front is not really putting effort into their part however the wash is usually good, quick, and not to pricey. Overall recommend

Super easy to sign up for a membership, they offer several tiers of service. I chose the gold, because I wanted a good wash with undercarriage rinse. They took my info down and I was on my way. Unlimited washes per month is a great deal. And because I signed up in the middle of the month I got a discount. Quick and easy. The lines can get long at this location but they move cars quickly thru. Great bang for your buck

My entire experience at Splash last week was excellent — 6 out of 5 stars! From the friendly attendant at the car wash entrance to the incredible detailing job by Tyonne and another pro, plus a comfortable customer lounge to wait in, my car and I were so well cared for! I bought a wash plus $79 detail-while-you-wait (no appointment necessary). My car is big (Toyota Highlander Hybrid SUV) and I hadn’t cleaned it well since summer roadtrips — think beach sand, sticky cup holders, and So. Much. Dog Hair. For the price and time estimate (45 minutes), I expected a decent vac, less dog hair, clean floor mats, wiped-down surfaces. What I got was a car as clean as the day I bought it. The detailing pros spent nearly two hours and restored it to as perfect condition as possible. I tipped generously but it was still the deal of the year.
