This car wash is truly remarkable. First, the wash and dry made my car look shiny new. It had several cycles, more than I have experienced. The interior vacuum and cleaning supplies were an added bonus. The vacuum was so powerful it could be used to save a choking person. Finally, the manager, John, was so helpful and cordial. He is a can- do, efficient and energetic leader. Indeed an excellent role model for his staff. I highly recommend this car wash, located off of Oakwood Rd in Glastonbury.

So I used to be with sparkle car wash and then because I live in Glastonbury right near the your shop I cannot say enough about your facility and how they upkeep John Katie, Zack, Mitch, Melissa, Christine Hector, Meggan they are all incredible friendly, helpful kind it’s just a great experience both me and my wife have accounts there and we bring our cars. It’s been very simple to change levels. You know from one package to the next like we take the big premium package for winter time and then we back it off to the regular kind of package to for the summer but yet it’s just still a great experience on the things that you offer and how they maintain the facility they are testament. I can’t wait to more of them open them so that if I travel around Connecticut I can still get great service again thank you very very much on the job that you do.

I love this car wash! I wish there was one closer to home. This location is about 25 minutes away. When I make a trip to Trader Joe’s, I go to the Glastonbury location.

I been a long time customer and the one time I have an issue with the service I attempted to reach out to Management and even Corporate and they were not able to help me out. John the Store manager had a negative attitude since the beginning of our interaction and on top of that Olivia over at corporate had a strong position into defending the business based on her emotions and conflict of interest since her husband and father also work at the business. I never asked for money, I never asked for a replacement to my chipped windshield caused by the drying roller at the end but even though I never asked for anything the treatment was very poorly anyways and the minute she said over the phone the words ” I don’t care” that was a deal breaker for me. I will advice you to proceed with caution when doing business here. I recommend you to look into other Car Wash Options. Thank you for your time reading this review.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding a car wash package I recently purchased at your Glastonbury location.

Upon purchasing this package, I was not informed of a “no refunds” policy, nor is any such policy displayed or posted within your establishment. This lack of transparency regarding your terms and conditions is concerning.

Furthermore, since the second day of my purchase, the car wash facilities have been consistently unavailable each time I have attempted to utilize the service. As a customer, I expect the services for which I have paid to be readily available. Given that your facility has failed to provide the service purchased, and in light of the absence of clear, posted policies at the time of transaction, I am requesting a full refund for the unused balance of my package.
Please be advised that I have already initiated a formal complaint regarding these deceptive business practices with the Federal Trade Commission and the Office of Consumer Protection.

“I would like to discuss the refund policy associated with this package. Currently, the lack of clear disclosure feels misleading, and it negatively impacts customer trust and purchasing decisions. I believe a more transparent approach would better serve your customers. I look forward to your prompt response regarding a resolution to this matter.”

I’m looking to clarify something regarding the purchase process for this package. Was anyone else informed about a ‘no refund’ policy before completing your purchase? I ask because I was not made aware of this, and it feels quite deceptive. Please let me know if I am missing something or if others had a similar experience.”

Great experience from start to finish! The car wash did an excellent job. My car came out spotless and looked brand new. The staff was friendly and efficient, and everything moved quickly without feeling rushed. Special shoutout to Zack for outstanding customer service. He was super helpful, professional, and made sure everything was done right. You can tell he really cares about doing a great job, and that made the whole experience even better.
